All Wanda Technology, Inc. umbrellas are warranted for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Wanda Technology, Inc. warrants that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and proper assembly as follows within the users setup manual.

What is covered?
Frame & electrical components: 1 year
Fabric A (Sundura): 1 year
Fabric C & D (Sunbrella): 3 years

What is not covered?
Damaged caused from wind or weather related damages are not covered under any circumstance.

Terms & Conditions *
1. All claims for missing parts, damaged goods or shipping related damage must be reported within 7 days from receipt of product. It is the consumers' responsibility to inspect the contents for any damage or missing parts as soon as it is received. If any damage should occur during shipping, it is the responsibility of the consumer to notify the carrier (usually UPS) and report the damaged product. 2. Wanda Tech will not accept any return merchandise for credit after the 7 day period. 3. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus ALL freight charges. 4. Special order items may not be returned for refund or credit under any circumstance. All parts orders are not refundable & non-exchangeable. 5. A Warranty Claim Form (available on our website www.wandatech.com under "contact us") must be filled out and sent in along with a copy of the receipt. Any items that are returned for warranty or non-warranty purposes must be issued a Return Authorization Number. All packages must have the RA# clearly written on the return package or the package will be refused by our warehouse receiving dept. 6. It is the responsibility of the consumer to package and pay the freight on all returned items. Wandatech will NOT accept any freight-collect or C.O.D. items. If there's any missing parts, damages or any expenses accrued, it will be consumer's responsibility. 7. BY EXCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE GOODS YOU EXPRESSINGLY CONSENT TO OUR GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTS OF SALE AS HEREIN PRINTED. 8. Revision date: 02/26/2008

We recommend checking with our web site (www.wandatech.com) to determine the correct umbrella you have and the part you need.
Make sure you have the following items before filling the claim;
A. Warranty claim form properly filled out.
B. Proof of Purchase (copy of sales receipt)
C. Photos (if required)

NOTE: If it is necessary to return the umbrella for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the umbrella to/from Wanda Technology, Inc. Wanda Technology, Inc. will charge the customer the shipping charges and issue a UPS shipping label to be used by the customer. (Please fill out the "Credit Card Authorization Form" for the freight charge.) If it has been determined by Wanda Technology, Inc. that the damage/malfunction is a result of manufacturer defect, Wanda Technology, Inc. will credit or reimburse the customer the shipping charges.
